1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Interlink Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Listing Accuracy
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in their listings. Interlink Connect reviews listings before publication but does not independently verify financial information. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence.
3. Listing Fees
A listing fee of £299.00 (plus VAT) is payable per listing. Fees are invoiced on submission and payable within 14 days. Listings will be removed if fees remain unpaid after 30 days.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to post false or misleading information, to scrape or harvest data, to circumvent our introduction process, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Interlink Connect is a marketplace platform only. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and accept no liability for the outcome of any transaction facilitated through the platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
